drawing. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Acceptance

Protection Plus program
Ask Marlow has developed the Protection Plus program. Our very own complaint resolution process. It's a service designed exclusively for Ask Marlow Smart Match Plus Participants to help resolve any problems that may have surfaced between you and any Ask Marlow Participating Professional.
If you for whatever reason become unsatisfied with your level of service or you are having difficulties receiving what you contractually agreed upon, we'll contact the company your having difficulties with on your behalf. We will initiate our problem resolution process to address your concern.
Companies that don't respond to your complaints end up “Red Flagged”, and their company will be suspended from the Ask Marlow program.
The power of persuasion.
Although we cannot guarantee a resolution to any issue you may have, our participating service professionals realize that it is in their best interest to resolve any problems that are brought to Ask Marlow’s attention. Our program provides local businesses with many referrals on a regular basis. We will not tolerate unresponsive participating vendors and will suspend or remove them from our program.
